• Empower team members to perform simple task changes like % Complete, Task Notes or Task Names
• Project plan mpp file must be "Edit Ready" (edit able) in order to perform Task Updates in Project Viewer
• To make a plan edit able and enable Task Update must use Publish feature first in Project Plan 365 app
• Publish plan as edit able, save it to network or cloud locations and share project link/location with team
• Open edit able plan with Project Viewer. Task Update feature will become enabled in File/Update menu
• Enable project team collaboration with Publish/Share/Update tasks on the project plan Project compare:
